Tamiya kit, pretty much out of the box. I moved some tools according to the photographs I managed to find and changed vinyl tracks for Dragon plastic ones. PE is Eduard.
Build is about 95% done

I made nearly all those changes myself. I think it was because the Tamiya kit features a mix of early and late features so you have to pick a side.
Nice tight build. It looks phenomenal. Awesome additions to a basic but good kit.

ICM Panther Ausf. D
Probably the worst kit I have ever built. Just horrible - ill fitting parts, sink marks, soft and weak details. I tried fixing what I could, but it is an uphill battle. Probably the only model I have strongly considered just throwing in a bin.
I had to completely replace the barell - ootb option was so bad it could simply not be put together
Looks like you did very good work with a definite below average kit.
The ICM Panther D kit in my stash, looks pretty rough too.
Looks like you may have a new contender for worst model ever, knocking the Italeri Panther out of it’s exalted number one position!

The worst model I’ve ever built was the Alan SU-76. It’s unreal how horrible 
that 
pig proved to be. It was Dragon’s fault of course because they slapped it in a box with their name on it.
Yes, if you could get the ICM and Italeri Panthers into barely recognizable models, then they are still worlds better than the Alan SU-76. The Alan SU-76 still holds court as the worst model ever made.
