NeOmega Resin just launched 2 versions of an Elco 77’ PT boat in 1/144th scale. This rarely modelled subject, much neglected by many manufacturers, is an important addition to the small boat genre, dominated by the Elco 80’ PT109. They are resin hull with 3d printed fittings and include a small etch sheet, decal and a brass mast, together with illustrated instructions. They are available as the Royal Navy version, with the RN tubes and single twin Vickers turret, and the USN version with the US tubes and twin turrets. The ideal accessory for those Fletcher class dioramas.
