Found this new (to me) company doing 3D printed mainly 1/350 scale ships but also some other scales and armour / aircraft

to name just a couple of their range.
Be wary. They are a legitimate company but im waiting on stuff that should have been out to me ages ago. Ive also been talking to a few people online who have had similar issues.
Production is done by batch processing, they wait till they get a few orders before printing. They really need to up their game if they want to survive.
Some of the quality is apparently a bit mediocre as well
So what’s the story with entire 3-D kits,how do they build up,ease of assembly, level of detail? I have only dealt with small aftermarket items.

Anthony, they are just like any resin kits, just have to watch the print quality and clean up from the supports if they are there.
I prefer to see one of a companies prints before I purchase just so I have an idea what I’m buying.

I’ve been aware of 3d-wild for a little while now.
At first I was quite excited by seeing more RN subjects come to realization in 1/350.
And the Illustrous 1940 was at the top of my wants list.
However, I’m underwhelmed by the shape of the hull that they have presented which has put me off getting an example.
That and the fact that everything is printed in one piece, so you’re left to try to paint around details etc…
For now I’ll stick with traditional injection molded kits…
Interestingly, I see Dragon are abandoning the model kit segment and moving in a different direction…
As per another discussion, Zimi has, or is, purchasing Dragon molds. 
I just have some communications experience with them that never lead to a sale.
I wanted to order just some US Ranger figures from the Special Operations 3D printed boat and the representative said that I can and she’ll send me photos of the 3D prints because I requested to see the parts first. She gave me the total price of my custom order and said that she’ll send me the photos that week, but she didn’t send any photos of any 3D figure prints, and weeks have passed already. I followed through with another email and no reply. Thus, if you’re missing parts or need customer service, they might not be as helpful, or even reply, because they never got me to spend money on them due to no email responses to my requests.
It took me about 4 months to get the boat set you’re referring to.
I could take some photos of the figures when im home next week if you like
Considering that the company didn’t reply to my emails, photos of the US Rangers might not produce any 3D prints and custom orders of them. I’ll welcome the photos, but it’s not necessary to take them as it might turn out to be a real hassle just ordering them and receiving them. Thanks in advance if you do take and post photos of the US Ranger figures.
