A few of the new 3D printed releases in photos…
some interesting figures and poses as well, if only they could do that with British WW2 figures.
CAD always looks good, would like to see some prints.

The LAND LGR4 4-shot rocker launcher can use a FLIR ISR sensor ball to guide it.

I’m glad to see Peyton has found a new career.
The “Scale Figures of Americans in Afghanistan” looks really cool, and if Spalah Models can offer them in 1/16 scale, that’ll be awesome.
Some “firsts” for that figure set such as a laptop in bag, a modern kneeling soldier talking on a walkie-talkie, dump bag, modern pouches and gear, etc. I do wonder if the carbines come with rifle straps as the images depict.
Nice stuff. Any one care shed some light on the time frame for the 8, 12, and 24 lug nut on the Hmmwv wheels? TIA
The number is not for the wheel lugs holding the wheel onto the vehicle. They all have 8 wheel lugs. It is for the number of bolts for the two-part wheel, around the outer perimeter.
The original bias ply Wrangler R/T II tires used the 8-bolt two-part wheels.
The radial Wrangler MT tires use the 12-bolt wheel.
The radial Wrangler MT/R tires use the 24 -bolt wheels.
Love the American sniper figure, its amazimg the technology used to create these.
I have one of Spalah figures and it is great… perfectly printed and a cool pose. As far as I understand, these are made using 3D scanning of real people.
