At a recent show, Thunder Model had a banner that is showing a Mack NO as coming. Anyone else seen or heard anything else on it?

Thunder are focussing on the 3 LRDG releases they announced. They are awaiting test shots of sprues for those.
The Ward LaFrance is also being worked on as well, but has a way to go.

I’d love to see one of these; the Brits used them post-war to tow the 8" howitzer (thank you AFV Club); as long as it’s suitable for just that - ie not too much converting - I’d be a very happy bunny indeed. Glossy Bronze Green finish, colourful Royal Artillery markings, what’s not to like?

No ETA at the moment. He thinks it is still in design from what he knows. He is not that close to the pulse.
