Trumpeter has announced two new 1/35 Kamov KA-52 Alligator helicopter gunship kits (05119 & 05120). Trumpeter lists the first (05119) as available in Feb '26.

what are the differences in these two kits as their kit numbers run consecutively?

The Kilo is the naval version with a wing fold and rotor fold, being the most obvious difference, there will be others, too, but that is what can be seen from the images.

Having viewed Kitmaker Forums for the last 20 years on a 24 inch desktop screen, I can’t imagine all of the detail you miss viewing these sites on a phone. All of the microscopic detail work these guys do must be lost on a screen that small.
