Zimi Models has reissued an updated version of the Kitty Hawk AH-6J Little Bird in 1/35. They have a new boxart, PE, added metal barrels for the guns, and three decal options. They also claim to have updated the molds and instructions to make assembly easier.

This is a welcomed model to have back on the market.
hopefully Zimi do a better job than Kitty Hawk with the soft detail, missing detail, and incorrect detail of the original kit. Failing that, ResKit will have to step up and fill the gap.
Either way, Reskit will certainly help with some aspects of the kit that simply can’t be done well enough in styrene, except for those who worship at the altar of ‘close enough.”
