I have a couple of cheapo chinesium nippers that came with my 3d printer, and for my “good” nippers, I bought a $14 toenail clipper at Target. It chews through pretty much any sprue I throw at it.

My cheap nipper is a Bandai Spirits Build-Up Nipper, and my good nippers are the Tamiya 123 side cutters.
