I have opened this account with google but I have had an account for a few years.
I am not getting password reset emails at all and I have been trying for 4 days.
How do I proceed please?
What was the original account?
I was “Catsrcool” and the email address was mrfudge1956@gmail.com
I don’t have the required access rights to check if the e-mail addresses match.

Hi Jim,
I don’t think there is anything more that I can do.
The username and email do match up so yeah the spam folder is where I would look.
I checked and password reset emails are going out.

The messages are not in the spam folder so I can only conclude that they are being blocked by google mail.
What email address would the password reset messages come from please?
I have been looking at my filters list and can’t see anything that looks like it comes from Kitmaker.
They come from noreply@forums.kitmaker.net
I doubt that Google would be blocking or marking these as spam as I have several Google based emails and they never have in the past.
