No. That would be the HL-10

Cool. Never heard of that one, is there a lot of difference between them? I’m going from memory from a show I last saw as a kid and an aircraft you see for a split second before it smashes to bits!

According to Wikipedia, shots of both the HL-10 and M2-F2 were used in the opening sequence, but take a look for yourself:

That’s cool. Was that extended title used in the pilot or earlier episodes? I don’t remember the launch sequence at the beginning (where you get a proper look of the aircraft), just the crash.
