Painting Arabic faces with acryllics

G’day ladies(?) and gentlemen,
I am looking for info on how to paint the face of an Arab/Tunisian figure I have with acrylic paints. Preferably with Vallejo/AK/MiG paints, as I have access to those brands.

*Edit: Of course I want suggestions about what colours I best can use…
