I’ve been wishing to have a try to assemble PE designs with less parts and more coverage area. Weeks before I discovered a Dragon kit and its extra PE from Eduard on a online second hand market .

The metal gun was designed for Takom panther s， but I use electric soldering iron to enlarge Dragon’s positioning point.
Somehow turret doesn’t fit base ring very well.

Looks good … who makes that zimmerit ? I had an issue with a panther turret after I fitted a metal barrel once. The weight of the barrel was tilting the turret forward and lifting the rear ? could this be the problem on yours ? A few 10mm nuts super glued inside the turret at the rear sorted mine out ?

I second what Johnny said.
Had exactly same issue. Super glued hand full of ball bearings in the rear of the turret to fix the forward tilt.
The model looks great and will be following along.

The idea includes another kit, a t-34/76 with add-on armor. It get started before this Panther, but was postponed.
