I have the Trumpeter Krupp Ardelt Waffentrager 88mm Pak43 kit .I want a nice PE upgrade kit, only one I could find says its for dragon , will it not work for my model?

They are not the same type of vehicle so it would not work especially (if you are looking at voyager PE) because most of the PE set is the armour panels. Get a nice generic set for the clamps (or a 3d printed one) and a metal barrel, and you should have a good kit OOTB.
