Are you certain?

There is a narrow ring around the round cover, most visible on the right side, there is a shadow between the lid and the ring. This one looks like the ones we have in Sweden.

This one on Chłopska in Gdansk has a very narrow ring. Nice design with the Gdansk coat of arms.

There must be a ring, narrow or wide or even a whole square, around the manhole cover so that it can be lifted up and put back.
