Problem with Friulmodel order

Today I had a very bizarre experience with an order from Friulmodel.

A month ago I’ve ordered 2 tracks from them, the package got delivered to the office of the company I am working for last week but due to a business trip I was able to collect it from the reception only today.

I brought it to my workshop but when I’ve opened the box… I contained only one of the tracks I’ve ordered :joy: although the cardboard box seemed just the right size to contain both.

I understand that such packaging errors could happen, of course, but also that I do not have a reliable way to prove that I’ve received only half of the goods I’ve ordered and paid for.
Of course I’ve sent them an email explaining the situation.

Did anyone have similar experience? What would be my best course of action now?
