Removed crank handle from starter as it’s my understanding that was normal practice. Added two beading wire clasps from flattened wire.
Installed starter crank and jack.
Repositioned handle plus OTM brackets & wing nuts.
I think the right side of rear plate is complete…
Edit…I almost forgot the bracket for the missing rear fender…
