You heard this story? It was this aircraft they were testing by shooting a chicken from the shop against the windshield to make sure it could take a bird strike safely. Unfortunately after the first shot the chicken penetrated quite effortlessly… So the testers called the designers and said: What do we do now? And the designers said: We are going to get you a new windshield, and you thaw the chicken before the next shot!
