I’m starting a DAK dio project which will include a Sd Kfz 263 (8 wheel radio vehicle). My question concerns the placement / arrangement of the long-range radios (Funkgerat fur msttleren Pz.-Funktrupp “b” radio (m.Pz.Fu.Tr.B) with a Fu.11) inside the 263.
I intend to build the 263 with the hatches open so any info (and pics!!) of the interior with emphasis on the radios layout would be MOST appreciated!

Panzer interiors in general are an insufficiently documented area. The Sd.Kfz.263 is a vehicle I’ve seen very little about.
None the less, I did capture this photo which was displayed on an auction site last year. I present it exactly as it was displayed in public, for discussion only.
We’re inside the vehicle, in the middle looking forward. We can see the driver’s vision port and instrument panel up ahead. And just behind those men we can see a Torn.E.b.
The 100 Watt Sender and U100 Umformer must be nearby. There should be a map table and various other things specific to a command vehicle.
The radio frames are the RS 241 and two of the RS 237. There’s a C100 generator somewhere. That’s all I know, and it’s from Ellissen.
