RB-47E - ECM pod carried?

In a photograph on page 84 of the Schiffer B-47 book, a RB-47E appears to have an ECM pod on the port wing where the external fuel tanks are usually hung.
I cannot find any other picture of a B-47 with wing mounted ECM pods.
Any idea what pod was used - given the mission profile of most RB-47E’s, more ECM would have been welcome
Michael

Hello!
Maybe you could post that photo here for discussion purposes?
The question is either going to be easy (only a few ECM pods at that time) or impossible (the equipment could be top secret back then).
Have a nice day

I found this pic on the USAF Museum website showing at least one ECM pod on the RB-47H model.

The RB-47H was a dedicated Electronic Warefare variet. It had a 3 man “capsule” carried in the bomb bay plus an extended and wider nose.
The RB-47E was a “Photographic” Reconnaissance variet without the EW capsule. It had a camera carrying nose that had a different shape vs the RB-47H.

It looks like an ALQ-71, but thinner, or an ALQ-87.
It is definitely thinner than any of the various wing tanks.

I have taken a photo of the RB-47E in question from the larger photo in the book
The long, thin, pod is easily visible on the port wing between the engine pods. There may also be one on the starboard wing as well

Any ideas?
