The Tamiya 2A6 is very outdated unless you buy a detail/update from Perfect Scale Modellbau or the like. It is my understanding that the Tamiya kit is very early or perhaps a bastardized 2A5.
Nice Job. I have the 2A6 with full interior I will build in the future. I have built 3 of the Tamiya 2A5/2A6. Great kits but very outdated.
I haven’t finished I still have to install the slat armor from the kit to make the Canadian version in Afghanistan
it is a kit with many parts to be assembled
the kit with the interior must be quite a challenge
if you add the upgrade kits for the Canadian version and the interior in addition, that would be the top challenge!

So I wonder which version of the A6 is headed to the Ukraine? The A5/A6 early or the later A6?
I believe that the version that will be the most popular will be the 2a4
Germany is going to send I believe 14 Leopard 2A6
Nice kit Sarg makes me want to rebuild my Canadian Leopard 2A6M
but I would be putting mine in the over all NATO green and will scroung up some 1 pices tracks to speed up the build
I also assembled the Canadian leopard 2A6M kit from hobbyboss kit is less detailed than rfm’s and less accurate I had finally chosen to paint it completely NATO green and not to install the slat armor to represent a vehicle in service in Canada

That’s excellent looking I’m wanting to do mine pretty much the same way. BUT I’m not sure about the outer armor.
