I recently bought me RP Models Lady Warrior kit from their Hadrian´s Wall diorama set.
While excellent printed, I noticed some engraving errors. The hands are sculpted (CAD designed?) in different sizes. It seems to me the entire set is 3D designed without assembling it. Brave new 3D construction world? I contacted the manufacturer if he has a replacement. Bad for a 50 Euro figure.
That’s odd. The size difference isn’t as noticeable on the box art, but when you put the hands side by side…
I wonder if the master involved taking hands from two different sources and grafting thwm into the figure.
Probably messed up the scale in the slicer or something during export from the software. Figures and organic forms are sculpted, not CAD. CAD is for weapons, hard surface etc. But as I said probably scale was messed up. You should ask for replacement.
That was the frst thing I did this morning, but no response so far… 
Hugo Perreira contacted me about the matter. He told that me that he put a 120mm hand in the kit.
He will send replacement A.S.A.P.
Too much one-sided arm training? At least I have an extra arrow for future projects.

I had a friend in school who looked just like Lou Ferrigno (the Hulk from the TV series) and he added to the look with s ton of upper-body training to get the huge biceps, shoulders, and neck.
