Russian 6B47 Helmet in 1/16 Scale?

I need a single 6B47 “Ratnik” helmet for my Ukraine Special Ops.

I know they are available with Live Resin 1/16 figures, and I have seen some 3D designs at cgtrader that look amazing, but at $50 for a figure or $20 for a 3D sculpt… this is a bit too much.

Anyone knows where to get this helmet in 1/16 scale?

Pete, no unfortunately, it is an Ukrainian helmet design as far as I can tell.

My thought exactly.

I don’t want to buy the entire Live Resin 1/16 scale figure just to butcher out the helmet. But I don’t know what are the other options…

The only other option would be to buy a cheap copycat from eBay. The 3D printers are in Sri Lanka, Thailand, and China and I believe that they print very well, according to the reviews.

You might have to wait for several weeks for them to ship it over, but it might be a cost-effective alternative if you just want the modern Russian helmet.

An issue is that the Chinese 3D print is in one piece, no parts, so you may have to contact the seller to check if the 3D print is printed in parts and not one solid piece.

I was kind of thinking about this for 1/16 U.S. modern SOF gear and equipment parts, but I don’t have a lot of 1/16 figures left over to kitbash so I’m in no rush to do this. Still, it’s an option for arming 1/16 modern civilian figures. @Maki

If you have or have access to a 3D printer, there are a few files for them on Cults 3D.

I have a friend versed in 3D design, so he’s doing the helmet for me. Will let you know how it goes.
