Got a reply from Nimix. The kit retails 130 Euros plus 20€ shipping to Germany. Sounds fair to me.
All Governments love to “buy” their own rather than looking at what’s working elsewhere. It appears to me that systems like the Puma would work well without all these procurement fiascos that seem to occur everywhere. Granted there are a few special situations but for the most part if a system works in one country it will likely work for others rather than throwing tons of tax payer’s money down a black hole.
Correction: Make it the ‘Boxer’ not Puma
