Scratch built M26A1 soft cab and M15A1 trailer Dragon Wagon

I started to scratch built this around 1998 when Tamiya released the Dragon Wagon. I had a lot of challenges with the curves on the cab and roll bars and the curves and angles of the trailer ramps.
I still have a lot of detail to add to it. Need to take better pictures of it.

Ralph

Very nicely done Sir! There was a resin conversion available when the kit first came out, but very hard to find now. Please keep posting photos of your progress, Joel.

Looks good so far. I did the same basic conversion a while ago too. The wheel humps were a real PITA.

This is just beautiful… Where are you finding the reference to work from .

Hi Joel
Thank you very much for the compliment.
There was 3 companies the made the soft cab conversion. Traxz resin and photo etch the best, Real Models not sure of contents and Tank Work shop resin photo etch and white metal that I know off.

Ralph

Hi Gino…Thank you very much for the compliment.

I agree with you on the wheel ramps on the trailer. I now remember it looked good and painted.
