Here is my scratch built (designed and 3D printed) M42 at the very start of the weathering stage.

Grannd that looks really nice! Crisp build and nicely painted. I’m always so in awe of those with a 3d printer who can develop such accurate versions. Obviously you’ve put a lot of work in! Lovely job!

Thanks. It has been a long and, oftentimes, tortuous journey but I have learnt a huge amount about 3D printing and 3D design which will stand me in good stead for the future.

Thanks, it looks even better in focus! My photography skills are all iPhone-based, I’m sorry to say. I have borrowed heavily from the techniques of Martin Kováč (Nightshift on YouTube) who is very talented, in my view.

That is one beautiful piece of work, what did you print it on?

Thanks, you are very kind. It was printed on a Phrozen Sonic Mini 8KS using their own 8K resin. It’s a fantastic printer btw, I’ve never had a failed print (I’m not affiliated).
