Hi,
Starting this very nice set of figures from Zvezda (a commission work for a friend).
Some filling and sanding was needed, but it is normal for plastic figures. Overall the fit is good.
Primed with GSW Grey matte primer (very robust, quick drying and sandable)

First, the horses 
I applied initial base coat with the airbrush, different browns and one light grey. The browns were coated afterwards with thinned Chestnut ink from Scale75, like filter, to alter the base color and give slight satin finish.
Now the main work-highlights and shadows.

Is this a re-box of the old Italeri set? The poses look similar.
