My dad purchased the patreon $54/year and i am still getting ads. How do I get this fixed? My Patreon account has the same email as my KitMaker account.
This would be a question for @staff_Jim. Looks like your account is not hooked up as you would have a P next to your icon if it was.

Thanks! Some how we connected it to a different account (through PayPal I think) and that was causing issues. We are going to cancel the other account and we’ve replaced it with my info so that it is fixed.

I just noted that and sent you a message on Patreon system. I figured it was something like this. I did refund you for that first patron account you did btw. Thanks for becoming a Patron!
For anyone in future reading this you can opt to add the email your Patreon account is using as a ‘secondary email’ for your forum account here, and that will match that up to your Patreon account and make it work as well.
