So as Many of you know I’m building or mostly finishing up an Airfix 1/48 JU-87 Stuka the Swastika decals arrived today, so the Stuka was moved back to the table so I could Begin the finishing touches. among those item’s was the Pitot-tube which included a plastic one in the kit, but I substituted with a small piece of copper wire same size, length and dimension as the plastic piece which I’ve found from previous experiences tend to break off too easily. Next the model doesn’t come with antennae wire. SO again I improvised and made my own. using some black thread & white glue. I attached it to the tail fin and antenna pole above the cockpit Referencing pictures of Stukas first. I always enjoy when I can improvise and improve a model.
