It looks to me like another cool Rye Field kit. Although the “why” confuses me. My old friend Shep Paine did his in the 1980’s 40 plus tears ago, and without PE, 3D, and or individual track-links. So again, COOL, but why, (rhetorical question)

Oh a “supper” Sherman, guess it is coming over to the house tonight to eat.

I was hoping “supper” Sherman meant that it comes with at least a snack.

Welkommen!
I’m not a Super Sherman guy, but am thrilled for those who are. I’ve seen many requesting a modern high octane M50 for a bit and this certainly looks like that.

Thanks. I was a member here a long time ago, but circumstances kept me away and enough things changed that I think the old profile disappeared. Good to be back.

1996 was the year that Dragon released their version of this, it’s been 30 years and I’d already given up hope of anyone releasing one of these, for the longest after Tamiya came out with their M51 (14-15 years ago) I thought they’d produce an M50 but they never did:(

This new RFM will technically be the second all new kit release in plastic, granted the same Dragon kit was re-released once with updated accessories and rubber tracks under the (orange box?) Cyber Hobby label that belongs to Dragon…
