Swiss Army vehicles in scale

After visiting a Swiss Army Open House event in 1998, I got bitten by the “Swiss” bug. One of the results is the build of a Panzerhaubitze M109 KAWEST, an upgrade of the M109, similar to M109 A6.

Complimentary with the gun, I build the ammo carrier, Raupentransportwagen 68/05. Tissue from MRE pouches is cheap stuff for canvas materials

Daran muss man sich erst gewöhnen.
I worked in Zürich (or Züri as they say) and the local dialect is not as bad as in other parts of Switzerland.
Example: “Drüh franke zäh”

I see that Meng has changed the color of the plastic, as I’m sure mine is molded green.

Drei Franken Zehn. Schützenpanzer zwotusig (I hope that its right):slightly_smiling_face: When I was in Switzerland, I met some people who were obviously living on the Heidi Alp. It was like talking to a Klingon….

I’m working with customers from Swityerland… And German is not my native language - but we are, or at least trying to speak German… When I ask them to check something they say: “Muss ich luergen” - I just love it… After some years I’m a little worried - I begin to understand them…

@HermannB - nice model collection, congratulations!

The pedestrian crossings in Zürich had these two words:
Warte - Luege
stenciled by the edge of the sidewalk.
