Very interesting, especially with all the extras… but in 1/72 the Humvee is probably super small.
What is T-Model policy on variants? Can we expect the late variant as well?

I think it’s almost certain. T-Model have produced mutliple variants of their previous M1114, M-ATV and MaxxPro kits, plus the sprue shots show parts for an as-yet-unreleased M1025 armament carrier.
