So I came across this turret while organizing my stuff. Must be about 30 years old. Have no clue where I got it. It’s a solid resin piece. Is anyone able to identify this turret and suggest a suitable kit to go along with it. Thanks.

Early Zavod 112. 1943 production turret - did not roll out until 1944. Maybe CMD did it.

So which T 34 kit would have the proper hull and running gear to match the turret? Thanks.

Many that are bashed these days for being oncorrect, like Tamiya. Best bet for accuracy is the MiniArt kit: Early T-34/85 Kits (Factory 112 / Composite Turret)
It has the correct dished wheels. Move the left fuel tank from the rear position to the front. It’s an since these were newly designed turret placed on the original T-34 hull, that’s what you want. With fillets to accommodate the new turret.
