Tamiya 1/35 Canadian M151a2 TOW

Here are the 95% finished pictures of my Tamiya 1/35 M151a2 TOW. The only thing I will add in the future are instrument panel decals and maybe re work the mud effects on the wheels.

It was built pretty much OOB as a fun relaxing build with only some added tie downs and the new antenna. The model accidentally took a fall during weathering and broke the antenna so it looks a bit off center.

But anyways here are the pictures. I think it turned out pretty well for using the kit I did.

Custom license plates I made.

To compensate for so many missing details on this build I plan to build another in a few months with full PE and DEF wheels in a green and sand camo so look out for that.

Looking good. Tamiya’s M151 kits are a good start, but leave a lot of room for improvement. I
am looking forward to what you do with the next one.

Nicely done on an old favorite of mine! I didn’t realize that the Canadians used M151s.

Another excellent build.
Really like the paint job, weathering and of course the presentation!

Looks good to me. Definitely like the presentation the background adds contrast and pop. The license plate is a very good touch.

Ezra is this the $12 kit you picked up a few weeks ago?

Look forward to seeing the super detailed version in the future.
