More like phone rings. Recordings say to speed things up have your part numbers ready and a rep will be with you soon. Then the phone rings for about 2 minutes and then a recording comes on and tells you to leave a message. I have done that a few times and have emailed them at customer service. This was at noonish and 2ish Pacific time. In the past someone always picked up the phone whenever I called.
