This build combined with the warehouse build are award winners already even in an unfinished state.
The images of the warehouse through the window are perfect. A fantastic depiction of how something like this would of looked for real…
Nice work for a miniaturist !!
Nice work for a miniaturist.
As if the factory wasnt good enough, the Hetzer looks like its going in the same direction
Looking like a nice brand new vehicle about to fed into the meat grinder …
@anon80889645 What are you using for color references for the Hetzer? My references indicate that the hull interior is red oxide below the sponsons, ivory above the sponsons. Engine compartment should be all red oxide. Engine is green. Transmission is grey-green or black. Radios are field grey. HTH!
Color reference on the Hetzer appearing elsewhere on the KitMaker Network:
Here are two sample photos from that link. This Hetzer in the Kiesler Collection is said to be original. (All interior photos where taken by me using flash but that Panzer Gray color definitely had a blueish cast to it.) Also the interior was more a cream color than white, just as it appears here in my photographs.
Isn’t that lifting fixture you have had hanging from the gantry intended to support the main weapon and barrel as it is installed into the opening in the front plate?
The Hetzer pictured above is, in fact, an ex-Swiss G-13 "backdated " to more or less German Hetzer fittings. It was formerly owned by Terry Johns of St. Louis, Missouri. He did a great job.
