Hat needs to be flattened our a bit more white from dried sweet.. other then that you look good to go.

Looking good - although I think the sculptor had Bradley Cooper on the brain.
At first I wasn’t sure what you were going for - the original camo you did looked like it had elements of OCP:
Now that it appears you’re going for a DCU pattern, I might suggest toning down both the brown and especially the gray green.
And the US flag is likely the tan/brown subdued cloth patch at that time, rather than a colored one. Or you could shave it off and replace it with a “Punisher” patch to look a little more like what Kyle often wore.
