I believe that the sidearm goes into the small of the back, hidden from view, and not on the hip.
The ski mask should add value to the figure without using the triangle face covering.
1/16 ammo magazines can be 3D printed to festoon the web belt and chest harness to give the figure at least some reloads.
It all depends on how much time, effort, and money one wants to spend to enhance this figure. “As is,” not using the triangle face mask can really change the character of this figure.
