I also wanted to start this Border’s Ausf.F1 … but the sealed box.. was missing the turret and hull.
All the rest was there, resin figure, metal gun, PE, all sprues… except the Hull & Turret

How is that possible? Can you call the manufacturer and get replacement parts?

the box was sealed, all the sprues were in plastic bags sealed too.
The only thing missing was turret & hull…
Yesterday I checked Border Models website, got the e-mail and send them explaining the situation.

So far, send message to 2 e-mails and a messgae on FB… no answer yet.

Obviously the hull is there. The turret as well?
No, they never did.
They didn’t answer any e-mail or FB message.
I ended up buying another kit. I’ll use some of the other parts to upgrade an old Italeri kit

These builds are from Tristar and Dragon, they are Ausf.C versions.
The missing parts is from Border Models, an Ausf. F1 version

Yup.. the worst.
I sent to 2 different e-mails , one from their kits box and another from their FB page, and also some messaging from FB … Zero answers.
Gave up and bought another kit.
