Hoooahhh!
I’m beginning to think this thread has lost its purpose; sadly.
Well, you know what Ralph, you crack on mate, crack on.
Other idea:
Turn the guy supporting the Tiger Barrel 180 degrees (About-Turn!)
and position someone with a camera in that empty left front corner.
Either one of the other REMFS or even an official war photographer.
Maybe the US WW II photographer in this set:
Edit: Maybe the photo is among all those who did not make it onto the pages of LIFE Magazine …
That’s a great idea, Uncle, and I like that photographer figure. Thanks
I just ordered them…
That make you a Grumtpa
Tourists revised.
When I first posted this, I mentioned that I wasn’t pleased with the staging of the diorama. That for various reasons I wound up with too much empty space in front of the Tiger.
Several of you made interesting suggestions on how to address my dissatisfaction - and I liked Uncle-Heavy’s suggestion the most. (Thank you for the suggestions.)
I had to wait for AK’s photographer figure set and then interrupt work on my current project, so it took me a while, but here are some photos the revised diorama.
Better?
Thanks, Ralph
The photographer is a perfect addition
Fantastic! AAA+
Better?!? Well it was damn good before but now…what they said, and you should take it to the next Show (if you’re so inclined) and walk off with 1st prize. Love it!
Geez Ralph!! Absolutely spot on even though it was bloody great before!
You are welcome!
Perfect! Absolutely perfect! What was superb before is phenomenal now.
Picture perfect!
Ken
Great job the REMFS of the world are well represented here … love it
Typical GI hamming it up.
Is this dio inspired by Tiger ll #105 of Abt 501, in Stavelot during the BoB?
