Is the US Army still painting AFVs in sand color and not tri-color Woodland camo for the proper theaters?

I’ve seen some deployments where sand-colored AFVs were deployed to European forest and Arctic environment training exercises. What a color mismatch, but I think spending money to paint the AFVs the proper color is the least of the Army’s financial worries what with all the upgrading the AFVs need and Readiness factors.
