Trumpeter 1:32 Stuka build

great kit! good fit, next will be remaining decals. No weathering I am not much good at that. I also lack PC skills :neutral_face: I am pleased with the results so far, great therapy at my age.

added control surfaces, a bit finicky. had to be very careful not to ruin paint with glue slop, I have a few areas I need to touch up but overall this is a very nice offering from Trump.I hope I am posting this in the right forum?

I know, not historically correct but I am quite pleased with my skills, sometimes I feel like my brain is fading due to age. this makes me feel better :grinning_face: The montex mask is brilliant! first time I have used one.

that sound familiar.

But the Stuka is looking good, fadign brain or not;

I would recommend to take a cheap, fast build for your next plane…. and experiment with panel lining, weathering, color modulation, …

Many modellers, including myself, are a bit scred of all that weathering, and some exagerate a lot.

I think that very little weathering is bettr than a plane that looks as if it has risen from a swamp

Looking good! I myself only build 1/32 for single engined prop kits. I can see the parts and my fingers still work at this scale.

same here. The only problem for me is that the model is too big for my paint booth so I proceed to the garage. Tends to be too cold out there for many months. first time for me building at this scale.
