This was the first model I made after I started modeling again and took it seriously. It was the first time I tried basically any basic modeling technique. This was intended as an experiment and a way to get me started again.

Well, for an experiment… You made it work and fully achieved your aim… It looks great … And looks better on the darker grass base… What did you use for that dark long grass ??

I used 6mm static grass which I layered for the longer grass look. I just let the base layer dry then kinda brushed on more glue on top of the grass and kept layering it until desired height. I then airbrushed the grass but do not remember at all what colours I used.

Thanks @Vstobinskii , I use static grass but never tried airbrushing it… Will have to try it :+1:

Nice Akatsyia. Even if the base is simple it is well done.
