I have a Trumpeter’s M1A1 with mine roller, I’m thinking of adopting the roller to the M60A1 with ERA I’m building, how accurate is the roller from trumpeter, are there any aftermarket kits to enhance it? Also it looks like I will need to scratch build some parts to establish the connection from the roller to the top of the front hull.

Yes, the roller will fit either the M1 or M60.

Yes, the adapter will be the tricky part as I don’t think it’s commercially available.
Edit: If the Trumpeter mount builds up anything like the DML mount it actually shouldn’t be much trouble to adapt them to the M60

I believe someone on here recently did this exact build, and documented the problems and solutions in mounting the plow to an M60A1 hull

While building the kit last night I realized I have misplaced the H sprue, so now I have no ERA armor. Scanned eBay and found nobody selling it, but the Verlinden add-on armor seems readily available, anyone have experience with them in terms of accuracy? If that won’t work, I might just have to build it without the appliqué armor as a vanilla M60A1…
