Looks awesome.
He’s the last person that sees the plane before it’s hooked to the catapult. Plane doesn’t move until he says so.

Yes. It’s an enlisted position. Usually, a senior position at the rank fo Petty Officer 1st Class (PO-1), akin to a SSG in the US Army or USMC.

Actually, ResKit offer this figure in /32, /35, /48, and with their print to order service, can print in larger scales, too. As an option.

Some manufacturers offer busts as full figures, others do not. I know that sounds obvious, but in my decades of figure modeling and emailing sculptors, some sculptors are very sure that they’ll do a full figure whereas others are very sure that they’ll not.
With 3D sculpting and printing, it may or may not be easier depending on who has control of the sculpting process and who is paying the sculptor. In the end, it comes down to management’s desire, customer demand, salary, and the work involved.
