Unable to reset email

I am trying to reset my primary email to a Gmail account as my ISP is dropping email services, but when I put in the new address it says an email was sent but it never arrives (even in spam). Any help would be appreciated. Last resort I guess is to start a new profile…

I was doubling up on the emails, but all seems to be OK now I hope. Just had to check the “make Primary box” on my secondary email listing.
