By accident, I came across this image of the relief efforts on Hurricane Katrina. Can anybody tell what whats this ORNG LAV is?

I think this is the Canadian variant Bison.
Some were sold to the US National Guard for
anti-drugs operations.

Yep I agree, I would bet my money on it being a Canadian Bison APC.

Bison series has a more ‘peaked’ roof…sharper angle. Similar, but not the same.
