US Army tanker in the Pacific

Did US Army tankers or soldiers for that matter in the Pacific use camo helmet covers? Just looked at a figure from Panzer Art and I am curious.

The US Army did not adopt issue helmet covers until after Korea. Any helmet covers before then, aside from netting, were field improvised. Camouflage pattern parachutes pieces or sandbag burlap were two types seen in photos.

The US Marine Corps used them in the Pacific.

Yes thanks for the replies guys that’s what I thought.
