this is one I just finished painting and sculpting in 1/16th scale. Big thanks to Zongwen Huang, Ron Volstad, and Chris Mrosko. Painted in acrylics mostly War Front and AK Gen 3 paints.
Hope you enjoy
You gotta be kidding…it looks real! Amazing work!
Welcome John, good to see you on Armorama forums.
Great figure, very lifelike. Will it be commercially available?
Thanks for the nice compliments!
Was a commission piece not sure if it will be commercial or not
I really hope to see more of your figures turned into model kits… I still remember the good old days when Warriors released your figures. Some of those are still a prize possession in my grey army collection.
Thank you! I’ve done quite a few 1.16 for Alpine if your interested
The figure and printing look great.
Incredible stuff from a master , as usual lol!
Fantastic to see a piece from you John- a really interesting pose too- I’ve not seen too many 1/16 figures posed on the ground like this. Masterful painting too- a real joy to look at.
Sincere thanks guys
Beyond excellent! Those pac boots are dead on!
Very, very nice!
Thanks Guys appreciate the compliments. It is an interesting pose, which I have to thank Ron Volstad for his great painting and Zongwen for getting us together,
if it wasn’t for the blue background i would have thought it was real. excellent work indeed.
