The ‘correct’ way. However MC order as I recall states sleeves down in the field.
I guess these guys didn’t get the order in Grenada.
Both figures look great.

Thanks lads. In hindsight, I should have realised with the tabs and buttons. I’ve spent enough time on this one though so, I’ll correct it next time I’m painting. I’ve got the 120mm stinger gunner to do at some time so, I won’t be making that mistake again. So, now to decide what to do next……
G.
Yes we ALWAYS had sleeves down in the field in the Army also. I guess some rules go out the window in combat lol.
That picture would make a great diorama!
Again fantastic job Lazarus!
I agree. I have a BRDM-2 late and Dragon Tank Crew (3020) for that purpose……one day.
This might have been the vehicle before being repurposed.
There was another photo of that’s BRDM-2 interior on the net.
A tour-de-force of figure painting Lazarus! I’ve really enjoyed watching this come together and am amazed at how good an old Verlinden figure can look when such fantastic skills are applied to build, modify and paint it. The tanker is also an excellent example of carefully observed paint work.
