The video may not even be taking place in Ukraine, me second viewing of it made me suspect that it was propaganda or “feel good” produced by Russia.
Considering Russias extremely poor performance in the logistics area in Ukraine this well organised show doesn’t fit in.

Not a BMP at all.
It is based on a Gvozdika (which in its turn is based on the MTLB) chassis
This is the UR-77 Meteorit
MTLB comes from " Mnogotselevoy tyagach legky bronirovanny, literally "multi-purpose towing vehicle light armored "
BMP comes from "Boyevaya Mashina Pyekhoty 1 (Russian: Боевая Машина Пехоты 1; БМП-1), meaning “infantry fighting vehicle”
